Further Grant Funding for Village Halls

Further grant funding is being made available by government to help restore and modernise rural community buildings across England.

The scheme was first announced to mark the late Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee in 2022, and several community buildings in our area have already benefitted from the scheme. Dundry Village Hall were able to improve their energy efficiency and Loxton Village Hall extended their community hub to provide for increased meeting space.
