WERN has recently taken on responsibility for delivering a service that is helping people to set up micro-enterprises that support people with health and wellbeing in Bath and North East Somerset.

Micro-enterprise support (B&NES)

We are offering tailored support to anyone interested in setting up a small business which provides health and wellbeing services locally.

The scheme is based on the understanding that some of the best solutions to promoting health and wellbeing are locally produced, linking people with a good idea to those in need. The aim to is improve choice of support for people looking to improve their health and wellbeing, whilst supporting local livelihoods and promoting local economic development.

Our Project Manager, Michael has already supported many different types of micro-enterprises to date, including befriending and companionship, life coaching, dance classes, community chess, Nordic walking, and help with gardening and decluttering homes.
