Referrals

You may self-refer to our village agent service, or make a referral for a family member or friend with their permission. Please call 01275 333 700 and leave your name and number.

Professional referrals are welcome and should be made via the Community Wellbeing Hub

Our village agent service in Bath & North East Somerset is well established and has been running since our charity was set up. We are able to support people in most communities, except in central Bath where similar enquiries can be directed to the Community Wellbeing Hub on 0300 2470050.

Village Agents work in collaboration with many other organisations and local services to ensure people have a wider choice of options for day to day life. This video is the story of John and Ursula and how meeting their Village Agent, Chantal, changed their outlook and future. This was a project with The Community Wellbeing Hub.

Sadly, John passed away at the beginning of December 2024, aged 100. He died at his home, where he wanted to be.
